Claims for lost or damaged items must include order details and photographic evidence of damage.

Address Accuracy & Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Aurelix is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us immediately; changes cannot be guaranteed once the order is processed.
